I was unable to resist buying some lovely pink rhubarb last weekend, the sort that comes from the “rhubarb triangle” in Yorkshire. With it I made something called a “slump”.

As I type ...my version is in the oven - No oranges handy so used clementines for juice and lemon zest - also a bit of preserved ginger chopped fine . Looks good through the oven door

This reminds me... that I must make the triangular beds for the three rhubarbs...and recover the ones in the verger before the ragondins get to them.I'll now go to the recipe page...
