We arrived for our October holiday on the Saturday afternoon.
On the Sunday morning there was a little tap, tap on the door. Nick opened the door and there was no-one there, just a beautiful bunch of flowers left on the doorstep.
Knock, knock.Who's there?Canoe.Canoe who?Canoe come to the door and get a beautiful bouquet of flowers?Those are beautiful flowers, and a wonderfully friendly gesture.

She leaves us many little presents every holiday - she's so sweet and such a wonderful neighbour.Ken - five holidays totalling seven weeks so far this year, with Christmas to come yet. Plus a long weekend for Nick by himself. We haven't been anywhere else for a holiday for four years.
